Blakeley, Lori Ann, 19, passed away on May 4, 2005 in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Abilene, Texas on June 20, 1985 and was the beloved daughter of Larry and Jackie Blakeley. Lori was a freshman attending South Plains College in Lubbock, Texas when she became ill. She was a 2004 graduate of First Baptist Academy and a member of First Baptist Church of Dallas. Lori is survived by her parents, her brother Evan Blakeley, sister Leslie Blakeley Adkins, Dallas; maternal grandmother, Billie Becknal, Lubbock; paternal grandmother, Johnnye Blakeley, Irving; aunts, Karen Blakeley-Gallini, Dallas; Sharon Blakeley, Gainesville; Pati Stutzman, Grapevine; uncle, Mike Becknal, and wife Jamie, Lubbock; cousins, Blakeley Camp, Payton Camp, Blaine Brewer, Erin Becknal, and Katie Becknal Dannheim. Lori was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Duke Becknal, and Major Roy Blakeley (http://www.royblakeley.name). Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Dallas. Graveside services will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park, Duncanville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lori Blakeley Medical Fund, P.O. Box 9280, Dallas, TX 75209.
